Permafrost Protocol

Sergei Antonovich Markov, an Eastern European oligarch with major energy and shipping interests, has hired Praetorian to secure his assets in the Arctic against rising threats. Our initial assignment was in Korsac, just north of the Arctic Circle. Upon arrival, Norse Platoon begin evaluating his holdings in the region to provide security upgrades. Our objectives for this campaign were to establish security around several oil fields,  as well as several prospecting sites in the general area.

After a series of incidents in the area, it was discovered that several sovereign nations, as well as one of our rival PMC groups, Eclipse Biosecurity, had tasked special operations units to conduct searches of the region. While we were unfortunately unable to determine what they were looking for, Praetorian did manage to make a significant impact against our adversaries, destroying a large of amount of vehicular assets, as well as eliminating enemy personnel.

Due to the actions in the region, our employer vanished, and we were unable to recover the remaining funds that were owed. After learning of our ghosting, Norse Platoon (with the help of their sister element Aztec) hacked multiple ATM machines in the region, and managed to transfer a healthy amount of funding into our accounts housed in Africa and the Caribbean.
