Mission Objectives
In response to intelligence collected by Aztec, as well as reports from UAV recon from the town of Ruha, Banshee Company is establishing a defensive perimeter around the northeastern area of the region.
Mission Intel
- Following a series of large explosions to the south, access to hardline communications has been lost. Additionally, radio interference has increased in the past few days, restricting transmission/reception range of radio equipment.
- Prior to the comms issues, Aztec 3-3 sent an intelligence report, related to the smoke plume in the town of Mäkelä. The report indicated that Eclipse units were burning bodies.
- The last report received by them indicated that they were fleeing to the north, and were being actively chased by at least 2x infantry squads.
- UAV recon from the region surrounding the town of Ruha indicates a buildup of Eclipse ground forces. This buildup started almost immediately after the theft of the tanker HEMTT from the water treatment facility, which has now been confirmed to be contaminated with Soman.
- With no way to contact PDS TACSER, we are working under the assumption that Eclipse is preparing to conduct a ground assault to eliminate us, as well as recover the stolen HEMTT.
- With the arrival of Olympus, we now have one of our SA-20A launchers in position to provide AA cover. Ammunition is restricted, and will be utilized only when necessary.
