Act 3 Objectives
Banshee Company will hunt down stranded OSS forces west of the Põhja-Kõrvemaa Nature Preserve.
Mission Intel
- The laptop acquired during last phase's raid on the chemical plant has finally been decrypted by Aztec Platoon. Information on the laptop pointed to a bunker complex in the southern regions of the area. Olympus Platoon, with elements of Aztec, assaulted the bunker during a nighttime raid. The bunker complex was manned by several squads of OSS contractors, as well as several civilian technicians and engineers. In storage were multiple caches of unknown chemicals. Samples were provided to the Estonians, who passed them off to the Finnish for analysis.
- Only 30% of the total inventory was reported to the Estonian government. The rest was loaded onto captured OSS Urals and driven north towards where the SS Warcrime is docked, using the Olympus/Azted redeployment as a cover.
- Small amounts of radio traffic have been detected throughout the region. With Aztec still travelling to the AO, however, no signals intel has been acquired (outside of detection).
- OSS personnel still continue to enter the area. Several convoys have been reported exiting the area to the northeast, possibly in an attempt to get onto route E20, which would take them closer to Russia.
- Reports from civilians have identified armed soldiers moving onto the airfield west of Nalžovské Hory. Shortly after notifying local authorities, the surrounding area lost phone service (hardline and cellular).
- In response to the raids on OSS positions, civilians have begun evacuating the major population centers. Outside of small pockets of people remaining, it is expected that no further civilian presence will be present.
- During the evacuation of the city of Susice, a young boy was killed by an APERS mine when walking near the Horni Předmêsti Clinic.
- Additionally, a small family was killed by a mine while driving NE on the MSR in an attempt to make it to Route E20
