Act 2 Objectives
- Banshee Company will hunt down remaining OSS forces in the Hellamaa region.
Mission Intel
- After Tuesday's false flag operations, the Estonian Government has actively condemned OSS, and has dispatched it's limited military to conduct combat operations against them. Due to the size of their armed forces, however, Estonia has appealed to it's neighboring countries for assistance, painting OSS as an 'army of occupation' within it's borders.
- Contacts within the Lithuanian military, with whom PDS has a sterling reputation, have endorsed PDS as a solution to the OSS problem, pointing to not only their own experience during Fortunate Sun, but also to the expulsion of Russian forces on the island of Malden during Rebel Yell.
- Estonia is unaware of kickbacks these contacts will be receiving due to this endorsement.
- With assets "being in the region" already, Samuel Augustine signed a quick contract with the Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas. The scope of this contract is restricted to the expulsion of OSS forces in the country, through any means necessary. Additional stipulations within the contract specify that the dispositioning of OSS equipment and assets seized during operations will lie solely with the senior PDS officer in the field.
- A somewhat significant OSS presence is still assumed within the region, as the amount of OSS bodies recovered after the firefight at the logistics hub (as well as the destruction of their field hq) was nowhere near their stated force size.
- Several highly encrypted burst transmissions have been detected coming to and from the region. No additional intel is available regarding these.
- One unencrypted, highly mobile signal source has been detected operating in the region. Operational Support (AN4 Jimbo Jizzim) believes that these are utilizing steganography to hide sensitive data within Russian Hard Bass songs.
