Act 2 Objectives
- Banshee Company has been tasked to conduct a false flag operation against OSS in an attempt to sour the relationship between the Government of Estonia and OSS.
Mission Intel
- The area north of Hellamaa, Estonia is used as a logistics hub for the small Estonian military, both for supply and servicing operations. OSS has a somewhat significant presence in the area due both to the importance of this site, as well as the presence of units that fled the area of our previous tasking.
- Civilian population is small, but present. There are no significant population centers in the region, with most civilian traffic coming to and from the southwest.
- Information regarding Estonian units is sparse, but given the total composition of their military, assets in the area are expected to be limited.
- Aztec and Olympus have been tasked to remain at the previous location to investigate the area south of the town of Rostok, following up on intel reports of OSS troops in CBRN operating out of the area.
- Limited decryption of recorded transmissions captured during previous operations indicate that OSS fully suspects our involvement in recent events, and that they will be acting as such, until either confirmation is received or evidence to the contrary is established.
Conditions for Successful Operations
- Primary condition is the lack of identification of PDS involvement. This will be made via the use of captured OSS vehicles from the previous AO.
- Ground elements will have full autonomy in the determination of ROE to meet this condition.
