After conducting an inspection of the first two depots (and being warned that the person operating the third was 'sketchy'), Norse took contact from not only members of the drug ring, but rogue members of the Vietnamese People's Army. Multiple ground assets were destroyed during the raid, which was quickly followed up with a impromptu raid on a smuggler hideout just across the river. After finding messages from 'Mr. Candi' to the depot NCOIC, as well as inspecting the depot's inventory, it was discovered that at least four BTR-70's were missing. It is presumed that they are in possession of the smugglers.
During the raid, Company Command lost contact with the western FOB. Norse was retasked to investigate, and discovered that the FOB's garrison had been eliminated, and that enemy forces were occupying the airstrip. After a hasty counterattack, the FOB was retaken.
Unfortunately, during the initial defense, Olympus platoon was lost in it's entirety. Additionally, two teams within Aztec eliminated, causing them to be once again critically low on personnel. Recovered assets that remain at the FOB will be evaluated and redistributed across the three operational companies within PDS TACSER. One of Olympus' aviation teams, Archangel, will remain with Banshee Company. The second, Cerberus, will be sent to another company.
