After conducting a successful raid on a gang stronghold, Norse Platoon found intelligence regarding the number of hostiles that had kidnapped the three Southern Cross executives and taken control of their cargo ship. Norse then proceeded to the northwestern corner of the island, where Aztec Platoon had deployed boats for the attack on the cargo ship. Upon seizing control, they discovered that the executives had already been executed, and heard a call for assistance from Aztec, who was now under attack by a significant amount of gang members. Aztec took heavy losses, with two teams from Olympus also taking casualties as they attempted to assist. The attacking criminals were dealt with once Norse arrived on the scene, with police arriving as they departed to mop up the area.
Additionally, due to Aviation breaching a no-fly zone during Norse's extraction from the first objective, CPT Grimes and 1LT Kyle were taken into custody by the local Australian military unit. Nothing has been said by the two regarding what happened prior to their release.....
