After having conducted a review of the defensive posture of Southern Cross locations during the previous mission, Norse Platoon conducted patrols around the island, receiving reactionary contact from the local criminal forces that were on the island. Local police, as well as several members of Praetorian, determined that these attacks were coordinated by several people who had been scouting Norse's operations on Tuesday.
After receiving a call from a local contact, 2LT Westmoreland of Aztec Platoon alerted Company HQ (and Norse HQ) of several locations that were occupied by some of the higher up members of the local criminal ring. Norse departed to said locations, and with the blessing of the underfunded local police, raided and eliminated hostiles. Unfortunately during the raids, 2LT Westmoreland suffered an "apparent head injury", requiring medical attention due to the unknown source of his affliction. With this event happening on his birthday, he was airlifted to Praetorian's base of operations on the island, where medical professionals were able to ~~fill his system with Narcan~~ treat his injuries and help him make a full recovery.
