Praetorian Defense has been contracted to the Southern Cross Trading Company, and import/export firm located in and around the Australian mainland. Our specific taskings, unless contract terms change, are site security/VIP escort/etc.
Southern Cross is one of the primary shipping companies based outside of China that services southeast Asia, as well as countries touching the Indian Ocean. Their focus is primarily bulk cargo shipments, as well as large scale liquid cargo transport. Concerns have been raised by their security personnel regarding several outside entities attempting to co-opt their operations for the purposes of transporting illicit goods from specifically Afghanistan, but also including the countries traditionally identified as being "in southeast Asia".
The company was founded in September 2016 by Chet Willingsford, a veteran of the Australian Armed Forces, as well as a friend of Aztec Platoon's Leader, 2LT Charles Westmoreland. Given their prior relationship, 2LT Westmoreland is serving as the point man on this contract.
