(Tonight's op will be a direct continuation of Tuesday's)
We do not know what is happening, but here are the facts we have at the moment:
- After reviewing helmet cam footage from the sites visited by Norse, we have determined that whatever these things are, they are coming from these "portals".
- Several members of the ground element were lost in what can only be described as "spatial anomalies".
- Eclipse personnel were encountered at three locations, and were either already deceased, or were being actively engaged by these creatures.
Attempts have been made to contact the Ukrainians, as well as Tactical Services Command in Kyev, but we are unable to make contact. Before we depart the region to report on what has happened, we have picked up a transmission coming from our FOB North location. While we are unable to identify the transmission, it is currently active and is transmitting what appears to be a voice.
Before we evacuate the region, our objectives are as follows:
- Travel to FOB North to determine what is going on there
- Find any additional information prior to our departure. Company Command, along with the few additional personnel that travelled with us, will be at the airfield securing all ground/aviation assets in preparation for our evacuation.
Mission Intelligence:
- Anitoli Demidov has yet to be seen
- Outside of Eclipse personnel being actively assaulted by creatures, no "human" contact has been made
