Arctic Sentinel - Act 1 - Pre-Op Intel for 28

After leaving "wherever" we were, GPS is reporting us as being located north of Siberia, on an island in the East Siberian Sea. We are unable to establish radio communications with TACSER Command due to something in the area jamming radio transmissions.

- Conduct patrols of the surrounding areas to ensure our current position is secure
- Locate means of transport
- Determine the source of radio jamming and disable
