Simón Ortega has not been located, but remains confined within the Bozoum region following the failure of recent air extractions. The Gulf Cartel, conducting ongoing interrogations of captured Tren de Aragua personnel has uncovered intelligence pointing to incoming shipments of weapons and cocaine originally intended for distribution. Due to the failed extractions on Friday, these shipments are now expected to remain in the area. PDS will use this opportunity to intercept them and tighten the net around Ortega.

Primary Objectives
- Identify and interdict incoming weapons and narcotics shipments
- Investigate potential Tren escape routes and logistical corridors
- Capture or neutralize Capitán Ortega if encountered

Mission Intelligence
- Gulf Cartel forces under Mono have mapped likely ground exfiltration points and narrowed probable shipment routes.
- Gulf Cartel intelligence is being actively supported by “snatch and grab” operations and interrogation of Tren de Aragua personnel.
- The interruption of extraction by air has forced Tren de Aragua to rely on overland movement, increasing PDS’s chances of intercepting critical resources.

Samuel Augustine, Praetorian's CEO, is scheduled to meet with Gulf Cartel leadership this week in Columbia to reinforce alignment between their interests and PDS objectives in the region. This may lead to a more long term relationship. Under no circumstances will this be revealed to members of the Malden Diplomatic Mission. Additionally, weapons and narcotics are to be turned over to Mono after capture.

Deployment Conditions
