Following the death of Ambassador Marceau, the Venezuelan government has granted Malden authorization to conduct limited operations in the Bozoum region. Norse has been tasked with locating and eliminating a Tren de Aragua Capitán, believed to be operating out of a concealed weapons depot in the region. Due to the breadth of the area, ground forces may need to split into multiple elements to cover key sectors effectively. This mission will be strictly reconnaissance and surveillance focused until the weapons depot is positively identified or hostile contact occurs.
Mission Objectives
- Conduct reconnaissance to determine the location of the suspected weapons depot and potential transport routes
- Identify and confirm the presence of the Tren de Aragua Capitán
- Maintain rules of engagement. Combat is not authorized unless in contact or upon depot discovery
- Transfer any secured weapons to Gulf Cartel allies
Mission Intelligence
- Tren de Aragua continues to receive foreign support, with evidence pointing to logistical assistance from unidentified European operatives.
- PDS will receive on-ground support from Gulf Cartel forces under Mono, who will assist in area navigation and depot identification.
- Civilian vehicle traffic is limited to non-existant due to local economic conditions,
All weapons recovered will be handed over to Mono’s team to fulfill operational agreements and strengthen PDS/Gulf Cartel relations moving forward. Additionally, due to suspected actions by PDS personnel, random inspections post-op will be conducted to ensure no illicit materials are being taken by Norse contractors.
