The Malden Ambassador, Eléna Marceau, will be arriving in Venezuela on Tuesday. Her presence elevates the mission’s political significance, raises the stakes even higher. PDS has been tasked with overseeing her secure transfer and immediate safety during a high-visibility arrival.
Mission Objectives (at NW airfield):
- Secure the Arrival Site.
- Ensure the ambassador's landing zone is free of hostiles, IEDs, or surveillance devices.
- Identify any possible agitators or proxy actors causing unrest.
- Conduct counter-surveillance to spot potential "persons of interest".
Mission Objectives (after arrival):
- Execute a low-profile, but secure, convoy movement from the airport to the Embassy.
- Monitor for any potential tailing hostile elements.
Mission Objectives (Embassy arrival):
- Brief the ambassador on emergency evacuation protocols and lockdown procedures.
- Patrol the Embassy exterior for potential hostiles.
Mission Intelligence
- A protest, led by a group of pro-nationalist civilians, is expected outside the airfield.
- Intelligence suggests that foreign actors may be present. Given Malden's recent declaration of sovereignty, this has the potential to be a diplomatic incident.
- Friendly elements from the Gulf Cartel are just south of the airfield. If needed, coordination with "Mono" can be arranged.
IMPORTANT
Given the gravity of this mission, it is imperative that no weapons are to be fired without direct authorization of Company Command, unless there is a direct threat to the lives of the Ambassador, or Embassy/PDS personnel. We are here as guards for a Diplomatic Mission, not hired thugs.
Civilian clothes are encouraged for the time being. Weapons can be visible, but we do not want to appear "military". This also means no AT unless prior authorization is obtained.
