Andean Lance - Pre-Op Intel for 18Apr2025

At the request of the newly appointed Ambassador to Venezuela, Eléna Marceau, Banshee Company has been deployed to Venezuela to provide security for the first established Embassy of the Sovereign Republic of Malden. While still encountering some international resistance to it's claims of sovereignty, Malden has gained the support of several countries, Venezuela being the first to recognize it as a nation state.

The advance group for the Diplomatic mission, including Olympus, arrived earlier in the week and have begun setup the embassy. The area immediately surrounding the embassy has been secured.

Mission Objectives (enroute to embassy):
- Report suspected observers
- Examine route between the port and embassy, identify locations that may be "problematic"

Mission Objectives (at Embassy):
- Travel to the embassy from the Warcrime.
- Sweep the compound for potential threats, including sabotage or planted surveillance devices.
- Establish interior safe zones for operations and living quarters.
- If necessary (at discretion of Company/Platoon HQ), coordiante with local PD regarding security issues.
- Report ANY suspicious people/places to Command.

Mission Objectives (once Embassy is secured):
- Conduct a "familiarization" drive around the area (see intel notes)
- Report ANY suspected people/places to Command.
