Following the raid on Mike’s Place, Norse platoon crippled much of Adomako’s armored vehicle stockpile but suffered serious losses. Under sustained mortar fire and pressure from a large reactionary force, Norse withdrew. During the retreat, a small convoy of trucks, identified as a hit-and-run IDF team, were spotted via drone escaping east toward the mountains.
Compounding the problem, Adomako is responding aggressively. His men are setting up forward camps throughout the region and dispatching patrols to reassert his control after the attack. These positions are likely staging points for scouting operations aimed at locating us, and most likely have the means to contact the IDF team for support in case we are discovered.
Primary Objectives:
- Search the area surrounding the farm for enemy camps. This patrol will need to extend out to at least 3km away from the farm.
- Once located, camps need to be marked, with a plan of attack being developed once we are comfortable with the thoroughness of the patrol.
- Search for actionable intelligence at the camps. With the continued presence of the IDF team, we need to find a way of locating and eliminating them before they become an even larger threat.
- When located by drone recon, Norse will divert to eliminate the IDF team.
- Depending on intelligence discovered on the ground, additional taskings my be made
Mission Intelligence:
- Adomako’s men are spreading out across the southeast, establishing light camps and patrolling along key approach routes into the mountains.
- The IDF team was last tracked moving into the mountains east of Mike’s Place. Given their mobility, we are unsure of their current position.
- With Tuesday's operational issue, restrictions on employed weapon systems is lifted.
