Ashes of Empire - Act 2 - Pre-Op Intel for 05

Following the ~~successful~~ liberation of multiple towns in the region, Praetorian withdrew from the immediate area. Although Norse Platoon evaded pursuit, enemy forces later attacked the now-vacant Patrol Base Hondo in reprisal. Mbala’s remaining recon element departed with Norse, leaving the area under the control of the remaining JNIM forces.

Togolese intelligence, working on intel recovered by Praetorian, has now confirmed the presence of a rogue Burkina Faso military faction operating to the north of Hondo. These elements appear to be cooperating with JNIM, supplying arms, sanctuary, and access to logistics routes.

In light of these developments, the Togolese government has formally requested Praetorian conduct a strike against the unit. General Mbala, having conducted a series of backroom meetings with Togo defense officials, personally asked that Praetorian be the one to bring justice to those responsible for the slaughter of his men.

Primary Objectives
- Covertly infiltrate via low altitude parajump into enemy-held territory and conduct recon against the rogue military unit.
- Locate and identify officers, signal hubs, and weapons caches.
- Destroy confirmed arms depot and kill or capture senior rogue leadership.
- If possible, Strategically Transfer the Equipment to an Alternate Location
- Execute a deniable strike, using drone support on targets designated during recon.
- Due to air defense radar systems operating in Burkina Faso, the drone will be operating at low altitude, using the northern mountains to mask it's presence.
- Exfiltrate unseen, avoiding diplomatic exposure or escalation with Burkina Faso proper. (please?)
