Ashes of Empire - Act 2 - Pre-Op Intel for 29

Information provided to us by General Mbala points to a JNIM logistics convoy moving south to the Burkina Faso/Togo border. This convoy is transporting heavy munitions, including crates marked with anti-armor ordnance, explosives, and possible MANPADS. Capturing these supplies will allow us to continue operating without engaging local grey/black market arms dealers.

Praetorian will be travelling across the border into Burkina Faso, and will take a position at one of General Mbala's forward bases (Patrol Base Hondo). Once the convoy is confirmed to be nearby we will setup an ambush, destroy any escorts, and bring the supplies back to Sinampande for transport into Togo.

Primary Objectives:
- Ambush and secure the enemy convoy, minimizing destruction of supplies.
- Capture and extract all usable weapons, crates, and intel documents that may expose future resupply routes.

Mission Intelligence
- The convoy is believed to be comprised of seasoned jihadists from the Ansaroul Islam faction within the JNIM.
- Possible QRF is believed to be south and west of our location. Composition is unknown.
- General Mbala has provided three squads of militia, two technicals, and a team of drivers to ferry the supplies back to Togo.
- The militia squads will be deployed to defend against QRF, with the technicals being held in reserve.
- If necessary, Company HQ can retask them to provide support. These militia members are NOT professional soldiers, though, and should not be trusted to support the actual ambush.
- Avoid civilian casualties. We want plausible deniability regarding our presence. Let Burkina Faso believe that we are just one of a multitude of militant factions.
- Once recovered, any supplies will be split 50/50 with Mbala.
