Silent Tide - Act 3 - Pre-Op Intel for 12 May 2026

NATO has arrived on Yulakia, and they are definitely in the mood for playing games. After several infantry deployments in the northwest, they have quickly assumed control of the western portions of the island, and are now pushing towards Russian lines. Utilizing several flights of B-1s, they have landed several infantry elements into the southern regions, which are now pushing Russian units north towards Blagoy Airfield, which NATO still controls.

The GRU has tasked us with taking control of Blagoy, to ensure that fleeing Russian units are not sandwiched between two hostile forces. NATO will be attempting to land additional troops at the airfield to reinforce, with an ETA of approximately 0330 local time. We need to make sure that we are in place and ready to strike once the transports arrive.

Primary Objectives
- Move towards Blagoy Airfield and prepare an ambush for arriving troop transports.
- Destroy any incoming aviation assets, then assault the airfield.

Mission Intelligence
- Fleeing Russian units from the south may be able to assist in the assault, depending on how quickly they can move north (and, if they survive)
- Radar has detected several rotary wing aviation units coming from the NATO fleet west of the island. Expect CH-47 transports escorted by gunships.
