Silent Tide - Act 2 - Pre-Op Intel for 28 Apr 2026

The invasion is starting. The initial wave of Russian forces are scheduled to arrive at approximately 2230hrs on 28 April 2026. Our GRU contact has tasked us with disrupting the island’s infrastructure and military network to smooth any obstacles to the start of offensive operations.

Primary Objectives
- Utilize the pre-planted virus at the Yulakia Nuclear Power Plant to terminate all island-wide electricity. This must be initiated within 1km of the facility at exactly 2215 hours.
- Move to the civilian airport network center and neutralize the site’s backup generators. This will sever military network traffic between major installations and can be done via physical destruction, or the Trojan placed into their network several weeks ago.
- Secure designated landing sites for the Russian air insertion. Coordinates for these sites will be provided by GRU.
- Further tasking to be provided as the situation evolves.

Secondary Objectives
- Avoid engagement with NATO forces at Blagoy Airfield.

Mission Intelligence
- The window between the power cutoff and the arrival of Russian air assets is tight. Precision of the shutdown is critical to ensure air superiority.
- Operational intelligence will be provided during the mission by GRU assets. Be prepared to pivot as needed.
- NATO will receive a warning of upcoming hostilities at 2200hrs. The intent is to allow them to evacuate the island, provided they do not interfere with operations. This may change based on NATO's reaction.
