Our insertion onto Yulakian will begin with a low-profile maritime approach on 24 March 2026, leveraging civilian-pattern fishing vessels acquired by the GRU, to mask our signature among local commercial traffic. Our local GRU handlers will be waiting for us at one of the southwestern islands, who will provide further information regarding infiltrating the coastal defenses. While we have not been given full details regarding our infiltration method, we have been instructed to prepare for a number of possibilities, to include single passenger canoes, battery powered gliders, or a sub-surface approach.
Primary Objectives
- Enter Yulakian waters via fishing vessels and proceed to the southwestern islands.
- Meet GRU officers at the island rendezvous, who will further brief us on our insertion method.
- Travel to marked point and proceed to the GRU safehouse via stashed vehicles.
- Act upon instructions provided to us by GRU once at the safehouse.
Mission Intelligence
- The Yulakian Coast Guard is patrolling the waters around the island. Maintain a "commercial" fishing vessel facade during the initial transit. Do not display tactical gear on deck. If intercepted by Yulakian Coast Guard, follow the commercial fishermen cover story.
- Entrance to the major bays are mined. Expect to encounter them if infiltrating via water.
- A GRU laptop has been provided to us at the safehouse. Further instructions/information will be provided to us on a need-to-know basis.
- We have been alerted that equipment (firearms) has been prepositioned on the island for us. We will have to travel to the location, collect it, and return it to the safehouse.
NOTE: We are bringing no vehicle assets. Additionally, due to the nature of our infiltration, we will not be bringing any firearms with us. Transportation, weapons, and tactical gear will be provided after insertion.
