With the elimination of the officers earlier in the week, the local Russian units are in disarray. Intercepted radio traffic shows that disagreements between Company-level officers are hampering their operations, and now is a perfect opportunity to "force their early retirement" and gather intelligence regarding their activities. Our employer has requested that any recoverable military equipment be moved to a secluded location of our choosing for recovery and eventual sale (50/50 split).
Primary Objectives
- Conduct recon of the region, specifically examining known Russian strong points
- Assault said positions if able to and search for any intelligence
- If military assets are recovered, these need to be taken to a location TBD
- If any intelligence is discovered, take action on it (if applicable)
Mission Intelligence
- There are at least three separate Russian elements in the region, each with it's own Commanding Officer (and priorities). With the fallout of Tuesday's successful assassination of the Russian officers, reinforcements/cross unit support will be either limited or non-existent.
- We have begun picking up signals on frequencies that were used by Chinese elements we encountered previously, but as of yet have no information on them. There is the potential for them to provide friendly Russian elements with assistance.
- Intel on the bunker both countries were looking for has yet to be discovered. Consider finding information regarding it as high priority.
