Iron Monsoon - Act 3 - Pre-Op Intel for 31 Jul 2026

With rebel forces in the area having been silenced (for the most part), we have passed responsibility of our previous location to the Myanmar military. Over the past few days, we have transitioned operations to the Shan Hills in the northeast to engage another rebel faction, an ethnic armed organization calling itself the "Ta'ang National Liberation Army". With our recent hostilities against the faction controlling the northwest, the TNLA has abandoned it's previous stance of neutrality (bordering on friendly) relations with the legitimate government, and has begun conducting raids against loyalist forces in the region. We have been tasked with hunting them down and eliminating them.

To assist in this, Aztec Platoon has developed a radio tracking system for us. These trackers will need to be installed at specific locations, and while not providing total regional coverage, they will provide a significant area of coverage.

Primary Objectives
- Travel to identified points, search for a suitable area, and setup trackers. *
- Search the region for rebel forces and eliminate them.

Intelligence
- The northeast region of Myanmar is almost completely dense jungle. As such, we have not bothered to bring along ground vehicles. All operations will be conducted via helo insertion.
- The TNLA consists of a mix of armed civilians and true military. Expect varied experience and equipment from hostiles.

NOTE 1 - Trackers are pre-placed. You will need to travel to the identified area and locate a "suitable location" for them.
NOTE 2 - This map is over 90% dense jungle. Lower your draw distance. You won't need more than 200m at any point during this phase of operations, and honestly you WILL be able to get away with going down to 100m.
